This was such a fun day! Ry didn't have to be under his lights any more! Yay!! Shan and Shawn are perfect for each other and i love them both so much! They have been amazing to me and Ry and i will never be able to thank them both enough! We love you!!

Ryder's long day at the Doctor

I had to take Ry to the doctor before he was a week old to get some work done. I was already freaking put having him out of the house around weird people! Don't even get me started on letting the doctor make him scream!! I was already in tears before we even got there. Poor Ry!! They checked his Jaundice and they thought he was a 19!! I was freaking out good thing my cute Grandma was there! So they make us rush up to the hospital to get his tiny foot pricked while the baby tanning bed was on its way. We got up there and they had to prick his feet three times!! I was a wreck!! I wanted to hurt everyone who was making him cry... I was in mom mode! I think my family thought i was going crazy!! Ry's count was only 15... Only? He was ok and only had to be in the bed one night thank goodness! My mom wouldn't let me sleep on the floor by him ha ha... Probably for the best! 

He was so tired!! I felt so bad for the little guy... He didn't even need his pacey to fall asleep!!

I can't believe how much he loved his bath!! It was so cute! I was so freaking scared he is so tiny and fragile i thought he was going to slip right out of my hands!! My mom and Katie helped me so that was nice of them. He defiantly hates being naked!

Ryder is home!!

Ry gets to come home! It was such a fun day! A little stressful but so amazing!! Everyone came over for a family dinner and it was so special having everyone there! Its crazy how you want your baby next to you and not out of sight. I kept telling everyone they couldn't be bugged cause I carried him for 9 months and was use to having him all to my self! It was so fun to see everyone bond with him!

I'm taking pictures every month by this cute stuffed animal so we can see how much he grows!! Grandma Maryann gave it to him!

Hospital!

July 24,2010

Labor was the funniest day of mu life! That morning I went and got my feet zoned. Which I swear by! On the way home I started having little contractions, crazy I know!! I was going to lunch with my Mom, Sister, Julie and Brinley. We went to Chilli's yummy!!! I started having really bad contractions so we decided to go walk around Target. Oh don't worry I was laying in the isle cause my contractions were so bad I couldn't stand!! Julie started freaking out and made me and Shan rush to the hospital. Julie and my Mom couldn't come right away cause they had to get croissants for Julianne's baby blessing of course. From movies the ymake labor out to be so painful which it hurts but I guess I thought it would be a lot worse than it was. So we pull up to the hospital and I asked Shan.. What if they send me home cause I'm not freaking out? So I tried to be a little more dramatic about it. Labor was such an amazing and fun experience! I think the drugs they gave me made me a little loopy so that's probably why it was so fun. I'm so happy my family got to share this experience with me. It's so nice to have everyone you love surrounding you! Welcome Ryder!!!
